My family has been so happy with my mother’s choice to move into All Seasons West Bloomfield. She has been there almost two years now and couldn’t be more pleased. The apartments are comfortable and well-maintained, and any issues are resolved promptly. The meals are varied and delicious. Most of all, the staff members are truly incredible. They know the residents well and go above and beyond to assist them and communicate regularly with family members. Samantha in housekeeping, Hope in Dining, and Bree in the Main Office deserve special praise – we’re so grateful for all they do for our mother. THANK YOU!!

This Senior Living Community is an absolute, across the board, 5 Star Experience. First of all, the setting in West Bloomfield is beautiful and serene, the interiors are colorful, stylish and engaging, and the photography on the walls are gorgeous and constantly bring a smile to my face. The food definitely exceeds my expectations, with great variety and is excellently executed every time. I am the daughter of a newer resident, and got to experience every step of the “becoming a resident of All Seasons West Bloomfield” process from the first tours, to learning about the amenities and activities, to choosing the best apartment for my mom, to putting down our deposit, to the move in experience, and to getting oriented once my mom moved in. Hats off to the Sales Department, who I am indebted to. We were lucky enough to be partnered with Leslee Poegel who was beyond outstanding and a godsend as she was there for us and available for us throughout every twist and turn of this unpredictable journey. She is a gem, and was not only there as the Sales Director holding our hands through the process, but holding our hearts as well. And for that I am truly grateful. For moving to a Senior Living Community is not only a complicated logistical feat in itself, but a highly emotional one as well, having to leave behind 80 – 90 + years of memories, and a very predictable way of life, to starting something “new”, at this age. I also have heard that working with Sales Counselor Bree Risi, is equally as satisfying and caring, so you can’t go wrong. But what sets this community apart from other communities are the staff in most every area. From the concierges at the Front Desk, to the Maintenance team, to the dishwasher, Jeremiah, to the dining room team, to the Ass’t Executive Director, Myosha – (imagine that, a joyful, loving business manager), to EVERYONE that works here, comes to work with a smile, and is focused on “taking care of the residents” to make sure they are happy. We couldn’t be more delighted with my mom’s decision to be at All Seasons West Bloomfield. I suspect your loved one will be too…

Leslee has done a fantastic job helping with the transition for my Mom and Dad. Leslee has been available whenever I’ve called with questions, and she is proactive and anticipates where we need help. Mom and Dad trust Leslee, and it is great to know that they have a resource to look after them. Thanks again!
