My mom lived at All Seasons of West Bloomfield for the last five years of her life. We recently vacated her apartment. In those years, we found the staff of ASoWB to be outstanding. Everyone was helpful, compassionate, friendly. The nursing staff on site with Ellyn, Monita, et. al. were spectacular beyond words, as if my mom was their mom too. As we cleaned out the apartment, Brandy was extremely helpful and supportive. Along the way, Regina was very helpful with billing. I wish I could recall more names, as I never found anyone less than 5 stars. It is a beautiful facility. One would think they were in a new Marriott hotel. Yes, it is costly, but you won’t find better.

Brandy, is very good, she came right away to check out our problem and took care of it. She came back next day to make sure we were still in good shape. Thank you Brandy

Robert is the most caring, helpful person I have met. He opens the car door, helps you be seated, puts your seat belt on for you as well as taking your walker and storing it in the trunk. When you have arrived at your destination, he retrieves your walker, helps you out of the car and then takes you to the door of your destination,

The dinner service is always great. The servers are very accommodating and Dee the dining room manager always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of
