I cannot say enough good things about All Seasons West Bloomfield. Moving my parents from out of state during a pandemic created many challenges. The staff, all the way to the executive director, have helped make the transition so much easier. We are impressed with the level of professionalism and how they are invested in making sure that my parents have been taken care of over the last few months. Cindy took care of us from day one. She was always available to ask questions and routinely went above and beyond. She has been wonderful to work with and is a lovely person. In fact, everyone in sales has been a pleasure to work with. My parents also say great things about Chef Rob’s dishes. All of his meals have been delicious and my dad said one of his fish dishes was the best he has ever eaten. The menu has lots of options and has fine dining dishes! Chef Rob has also taken extra time and effort to accommodate some medical dietary restrictions for my mother. We really appreciate Chef Rob’s dedication to making his dishes work for her. This is so important to her and receiving meals she can eat makes her day. Big thanks again to all the great people at All Seasons WB who have exceeded our expectations!!

My mother has been a resident at All Seasons West Bloomfield for three years now. I can’t say enough nice things about All Seasons. It starts at the front desk where the concierges knows everyone and treat the residents with such respect. Management is easy to reach and tries to grant all requests to the best of their ability. The facility is clean, well maintained and looks great. During Covid times have been trying but staff members have done all they could to keep people safe. Meals were brought up to the rooms three times a day. Virtual activities took place and concerned family members felt comforted knowing that their loved ones were ok. My mother has many friends at All Seasons. She walks down the hall and is greeted by all the lovely new people she has met. I am a happy daughter to kNow that my mother is safe and happy. Thank you All Seasons.
