Toured the property, was very luxurious and staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend!!!

My sister Vikki and her dog Violet moved in at the end of March, and she couldn’t be more happy! The food is great, the views are beautiful, the amenities are inviting, and the Residents and Staff are extremely friendly.

In November 2020 my mother contracted Covid-19 during chemotherapy for breast cancer. The post bilateral pneumonia and post Covid Brain in addition to her other health issues were too much to care for in our home. We had two experiences of neglect and abuse with a group home & care facility within three months at the beginning of 2021. During these three months I was unable to see my mother due to the facilities Covid visitation restrictions. After a great deal of prayer we were blessed with All Seasons Memory Care. I was assured that in the event of a lock down due to Covid I would be able to visit my mother and check on her well being. All Seasons Oro Valley kept their word and I was granted 24 hour access to visit my mother and bring her medical supplies. Working with the staff who cared for my mother was a pleasure. As with any assisted living or care facility no one will care for your loved one the way you would personally. I believe All Seasons did give it their all to care for my mother the way I asked and would have had she been in the care of our home. They worked with hospice at every opportunity. This was especially important towards the end with her pain management. When there was an issue, All Seasons Oro Valley staff and management teams were available to listen to my concerns, ask my input on resolving the situation to provide the best care and putting a plan into action with detailed follow through. I am grateful for the answer to my prayer of the staff of All Seasons Oro Valley the last year of my mothers life.

I would like the thank one of the All Seasons employees : Josh Brett! He helped me carry in a dresser to one of the resident’s apt. I saw him at the desk and asked him…………the dresser was in the apt within minutes. He was so helpful and kind. This facility should be grateful that he chose to work there. I could not have done this myself or even with the help of the elderly couple that lives there. Thanks so much Josh for your promote action to this issue! He left by saying if there was anything else he could help us with do not hesitate to ask.
