What an absolute pleasure to visit ASRH! Having the chance to help a friend out of state evaluate some senior living options for her mother still here. All I can say is All Seasons Rochester Hills fulfills everything she and her mom want and more. The greetings with residents along our tour made it obvious staff rapport is genuine. Several places we checked out cover the basics. With its amenities, events and culinary offerings, only ASRH piqued her interest for true quality and zest for life, talking all the way home about the new home she wanted next.

I scheduled a tour with Brendan for my 92 year old mother. He was kind, thoughtful and empathetic. While it was decided that my mother required a higher level of care and we chose another facility, Brendan facilitated my call to that facility and actually assisted me with that connection. It was above and beyond. If all workers at this facility are similar to Brendan, it must me a wonderful place to be.

Our mom moved to All Seasons about 1 1/2 years ago due to her dementia. It was a seamless and delightful transition from beginning to end! From the initial tour to the move out date when she passed was extraordinary! It was never an issue to reach the proper person to get a question answered, all staff in all departments were so helpful and understanding with any request we had. We loved that the staff knows all of the residents by name and their unique situation, everyone is so kind. We had to move our mom (against her will) out of her home of almost 40 years due to dementia. It didn’t take long before she thought of All Seasons as her home and love the benefits of knowing someone was always around “looking out for her”, not having to cook, do laundry or clean! We, as her children, felt very at ease that she settled in and we knew she was safe and happy. Look no further…you have found your new home.

Our 91 year old mother has been living at All Seasons of Rochester Hills for a year and a half. Prior to moving into All Seasons she had lived in her own home for 50+ years. The All Seasons team was very supportive in making the transition go smoothly. Fast forward to March 2020 with the Covid Pandemic in full swing. The measures put into place by the AS management to ensure the safety of the residents while still offering things to keep them engaged and active are truly appreciated. Although the lockdown and limited visitation made for a long and sometimes lonely year we understand the reasoning behind the decision to do so. We appreciate the frequent testing opportunities and especially the opportunity for residents to receive the vaccine onsite. The entire All Seasons team is to be commended for a job well done! My parents and I absolutely loved meeting Claudia Mills when they were considering a move to All Seasons. She warmly welcomed us and gave a very comprehensive tour of this beautiful facility and answered all of our questions. We were invited for the cocktail hour and wine tasting/appetizers. We found All Seasons to be a very friendly & active community, with delicious Chef-created meals and wonderful activities. Although my Dad passed away recently, and Mom is not planning a move just yet, Claudia has been excellent with her follow-up and keeping in touch with us, even during Covid. She even called and sent a beautiful card when we lost my Dad ❤. All Seasons needs to be high on your list if considering a move to Senior Living.
