My 89 year old Mother recently moved into All Seasons of Rochester Hills and it would be impossible for the experience to have been any better. The staff was nothing short of exceptional – proactively helpful and incredibly accommodating all while exuding an infectious positive and pleasant attitude. A special note of gratitude to our initial contact Claudia Mills, who is Director of Sales and Marketing. Claudia professionally guided us through the entire decision and contract process and has been a consistent resource of help and support throughout the move in and beyond. Considering the magnitude of this transition for our family and for our Mother, who was moving out of her home in which she had lived for the past 57 years, we are eternally grateful for the service that was provided to us courtesy of the great team at All Seasons. In addition to their world class staff, we found the All Seasons’ facilities to be immaculate – pristinely clean with the feel that you are at an upscale resort. It is clear that management takes great pride in how they care for the property as their attention to even the smallest detail is evident anywhere you look. Above all, what we found as most unique, was how warm and welcoming the fellow residents were. They all had wonderful things to say and we could instantly see why. If our first impressions are any indication of what my Mother’s experience will be like, we will have made a great decision choosing All Seasons’ as her new home. Thank You All Seasons!

Great place for your loved ones to transition from large homes and still have luxury living. The staff is so pleasant. Great accommodations.

This is a wonderful facility and appeared to be everything our representative, Claudia Mills, told us it was. Due to COVID, we couldn’t take an extensive tour; however, what we did see was impressive and the energy of the facility was noticeable even during these tough times.

Our family is so grateful to have found the All Season’s of Rochester Hills! What a beautiful facility! Professional, friendly, clean, bright. We visited more than 1/2 dozen times before our parents decided to move in. Though all the staff is kind and helpful, the one that really helped us make the final decision was Melissa! She patiently answered question after question, took us on tour after tour, allowed us to just sit with our parents in one of the rooms and get a feel for the space … without any pressure. Melissa also took the time to understand what mom and dad enjoy and what they needed. They have been there 2 weeks and the transition has been remarkable. They both said “we should have done this sooner”! Melissa has personally checked on them during this transition period and even brought dinner to their room when one of them was not feeling well. Melissa – you clearly love your job and it shows! All Season’s – you have a remarkable employee that represents your company very well and our family is there because of her! We look forward to many years at the All Seasons.
