I have been a resident for nearly two years and have needed to call on Erick who is the maintenance manager many times. He has been prompt to respond and very efficient in accomplishing what was required.

I want to commend Robin Brackeen for her stupendous work with the memory care residents. I have watched my client blossom while in the care of All Seasons staff. I have been involved with her during activities that have been led by Robin. I have worked with her to troubleshoot difficult family dynamics with this resident. I have watched her interactions with all of the residents. I could not be more impressed. My time with Robin has completely turned my opinion of the memory care at All Seasons around. While the decision is always up to the families that we work with, we were not prone to offering All Seasons as an option for our dementia clients. After the past several weeks, we are no longer afraid of showing the community to this client base. We have always been strong supporters of the IL and AL and absolutely love Amy Hilliard. She is a fantastic salesperson and we work very well with her as a team to get our clients to those communities, when you have room. Memory Care clients can be very consuming and exhausting. Robin always seems at the top of her game and excited about being around this group. She brings a special joy to the lives of her residents and I am thrilled that I have been able to experience it first hand.

I can’t say enough good things about All Seasons. My father in law came from Manhattan and has never looked or felt better with the care he has been given in assisted living. My mom had a water leak in her house and was only staying in All Seasons temporarily. After two months, she put her home up for sale and never looked back. She loves all the daily activities All Seasons provides, music, food and gatherings are above and beyond. I can’t thank Amy enough for making the transition for both my parents so easy. She watches over everything and doesn’t miss a thing. Constantly keeping me updated on them and responds within minutes if I have any questions or concerns. Thank you to Amy and All Seasons whole staff for caring and taking so much pressure off my family to make sure our parents are safe, happy, and comfortable. Bob and Dianna L.

I have been an RN for 50 years with a specialty psychiatric nursing for 40. As an RN I have visited or worked in almost every facility in Naples. My affiliation with All Seasons of Naples started right after it opened. I moved three private patients from other locations to All Seasons and have been impressed from day one. From marketing and admission protocol to the care they have received I have always been involved. The team assembled at All Seasons from the Addministrator, Director of Nursing, Director of memory care,nursing staff, house keeping, maintenance, and dietary, and everything in-between, has always been accommodating to me as a nurse and advocate for my patients. There success is because of the interdisciplinary connection between departments. This cannot be accomplished without strong leadership from the top down. Recently the husband of a couple I have cared for 7 years passed away at All Seasons,leaving his wife in Memory care. The care given to this man during his end of life was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive,professional,observant , and caring of both him and the toll was taking on his wife of over 60 years. He died with dignity.
