Looks Wonderful!!!

Julie HIll, the new Memory Care manager, has the unit running beautifully. She has cleaned and organized the whole area so that when you enter you feel like it is a lovely large living room, with something happening in each section. When needed, she promptly makes time to discuss any issue with me. Our friend who is a resident, loves the physical activity in the morning and the music programs. I must say that she has never looked better since moving into the unit a few months ago! Going from watching soap operas in her lonely living room to participating and engaging with others in the Memory Care has made a big difference in her personality. Julie notices the small details and is quick to make corrections. In her short time she has gotten to know all the residents and is dedicated to bettering their lives. She truly has become an asset to All Seasons Naples!

My mom spent the past several months in the Memory Care Unit and both Robin Bracken and Nurse Amy made the experience excellent. Mom enjoyed the daily activities and participated regularly – dancing was her favorite though. Robin was always thinking of new ideas to engage the residents and keep it fun. Any holiday (even Kentucky Derby) was an opportunity for a party hat. Plus ASN had therapy ponies, musical performances and comedians that were all terrific. Nurse Amy went out of her way to help as my dad was transferring my mom closer to where most of our family lives in New York State. I know my dad appreciated the attention to detail and kind care she provided. Thank you to all the staff that helped my mom and for making her stay with you as enjoyable as possible. You are all terrific.

I have been a resident for nearly two years and have needed to call on Erick who is the maintenance manager many times. He has been prompt to respond and very efficient in accomplishing what was required.

I want to commend Robin Brackeen for her stupendous work with the memory care residents. I have watched my client blossom while in the care of All Seasons staff. I have been involved with her during activities that have been led by Robin. I have worked with her to troubleshoot difficult family dynamics with this resident. I have watched her interactions with all of the residents. I could not be more impressed. My time with Robin has completely turned my opinion of the memory care at All Seasons around. While the decision is always up to the families that we work with, we were not prone to offering All Seasons as an option for our dementia clients. After the past several weeks, we are no longer afraid of showing the community to this client base. We have always been strong supporters of the IL and AL and absolutely love Amy Hilliard. She is a fantastic salesperson and we work very well with her as a team to get our clients to those communities, when you have room. Memory Care clients can be very consuming and exhausting. Robin always seems at the top of her game and excited about being around this group. She brings a special joy to the lives of her residents and I am thrilled that I have been able to experience it first hand.
