My mom has recently made the important decision to transition to independent living at All Seasons this coming fall. It’s quite a challenging experience to watch our parents age and begin to require additional support, but I believe this move will be beneficial for her. We visited the facility on two separate occasions, and I must say, Kathryn was an absolute joy to work with. She skillfully broke down the entire process into manageable segments, ensuring that we didn’t feel overwhelmed. Throughout our meetings, she took the time to pause and ask for our input, which made us feel involved and valued in the decision-making process. The array of services and support that All Seasons offers is truly outstanding. Every staff member we encountered demonstrated genuine care and compassion toward my mom. This not only reassured me but also made me feel much more at ease about her upcoming move. It was heartening to see how the residents interacted with one another; they were all so welcoming and eager to engage in conversation. Hearing their testimonials about their own experiences solidified my confidence in this choice. Furthermore, Kathryn and her team were incredibly responsive. They addressed all of our questions thoroughly and quickly, which was greatly appreciated. Whenever we had an inquiry, they were ready to provide answers or find the necessary information. They also shared valuable insights about what to expect during the transition and highlighted various services that would be beneficial as my mom adjusts to her new living situation. As I think about my mom’s move to All Seasons, I feel a sense of relief knowing that she will be well cared for and will have the autonomy she needs. If I could give Kathryn and her team six stars, I absolutely would, but unfortunately, that’s not an available option. I am tremendously grateful for the care and pride they take in serving so many individuals and their families. Thank you once again for everything you do; it makes a world of difference.

All Seasons Rochester Hills is a beautiful community and the residents all seem to be very happy. Kathryn is extremely helpful and obviously very committed to the community, which you can see by her interactions with the residents. This community has a lot to offer and will be a forerunner when it’s time for my mom to move.
