Thank you to the All Seasons’ team (Dining Room Manager Josh and Server Jane) that did such a wonderful job hosting a special anniversary celebration. The event fell between the busy Christmas and New Year’s Eve holidays, but they didn’t hesitate when asked if they could accommodate our event. The All Seasons private dining room was the perfect place to hold our family gathering. We greatly appreciated their friendly and attentive service which made our celebration so special. We have lived at All Seasons for over a year and continue to find new things to enjoy at All Seasons. Del and Ken Miller

Erich Neiman, our All Seasons Naples Maintenance Manager, is an employee with an outstanding work ethic! He is highly skilled and knowledgeable in solving numerous problems presented by residents through their work orders. Once the issue is resolved Erich follows up a few days later to make sure the resident is completely satisfied with the job. He also deals effectively with issues within the building. One other thing of note is that Erich learns the names of most of the residents and when they pass each other in the hall he greets them in a friendly and caring manner. During the 2 1/2 years my husband and I have been residents in ASN we quickly realized Erich was and continues to be a dedicated employee who stands out among the salaried staff. All Seasons Naples could use more employees like him!

Erich Neiman is absolutely essential to the operations of this facility. He is extremely knowledgeable in handling any repair and does so with a great attitude and respect for all the residents. We are very lucky to have him with us.

All seasons staff is exceptional! Eric Neumann, Maintenance Director, has gone out of his way several times for my father, James Flanagan. He has helped move heavy objects, hung drapes , moved pictures patched walls, basically the sky is the limit with Eric and he always has a smile on his face and is so happy to be there. I would also highly complement Amy Hilliard, marketing director, who has gone above and beyond the call of duty helping our family with moves and other items. Michelle, assisted-living director is so caring as well as Shani who makes sure all the residents are happy and well taken care of. Highest compliment is that I would recommend All seasons to anyone and hope I will be privileged to live there in my retirement! Thank you wonderful Staff!!

I wholeheartedly appreciate what was done for me recently by both Tyler and Keeke (Transportation). They both saved myself, and my daughter who had a personal emergency, and were able to accommodate my needs last minute. I called the night before, and Tyler was able to fit me in at the very last minute. Thank you so much to the drivers, and the Life Enrichment Staff!!
