Having been a medical provider in this town for over 2 decades, I have had a lot of experiences with numerous assisted living facilities. Almost two years ago, my family had to make the difficult decision and decide where to place our mother diagnosed with worsening dementia. After visiting many properties, our family chose All Seasons Naples. Amy Hilliard, the membership director, did an amazing job guiding us through the process of transitioning our mom onto the memory care floor. I have always been impressed as to how happy and well kept my mother appears each and every visit. Very recently, All Seasons hired Robin to oversee the memory unit and her invaluable expertise and knowledge has greatly improved the care provided to all the residents. Robin has identified all my mother’s strengths by her own ingenious intuition. Robin has my mom participating in her favorite past time hobbies of bird watching, identifying nature, and dancing and yet, this was never communicated to Robin. Her compassion and care is insurmountable and it makes our family feel secure that our mother is living in such a loving environment.

Grat Caregivers and Wonderful Residents

John Bennett is very helpful and knowledgeable and a great guy. We need consistency in the Nursing Department, with constant turnover with the Nursing staff. We need better variety for our meals in the AL. We need better caregivers in AL who are on time! They are never on time.

I have been a resident of All Seasons Naples for 2 years and am very pleased with my choice to live here. My neighbors are friendly and the staff is very caring. Every staff member goes out of their way to greet you and address you by your name. The dining room staff remembers what you like to drink and brings it to the table before you ask. My apartment is cleaned and disinfected every week. I have no maintenance worries, as Erich, Director of Facilities, and his assistant, Ramier, handle all issues. All Seasons has a large variety of activities from exercise classes, lectures, and weekly entertainment thanks to John Bennett, the Director of Life Enrichment. All Seasons Naples gives me a “worry free – carefree style” of living.

All of the people here are very friendly. John Bennett and Erich Neiman are the best and so helpful. This was the best decision that I have made in a long time. My kids are in Michigan, Seattle, Colorado. This is my home now!
