What can I say about Heather? She is the light that shines in every aspect of life at All Seasons Birmingham Nothing is ever too much trouble She is always there with loving reassurance when you need it and sharing the joy when that happens too Since I have lived here she has organized so many trips to all kinds of events dining in fun restaurants ,plays ,orchestral symphonies so many and that’s only outside the. Building She has created so much fun and laughter She has a way of communicating like no other I love her very much

The best thing about living at All Seasons is the wonderful variety of activities that are offered to residents. From in house lectures on topical issues to art and needlepoint classes and trips and outings to local venues – there is something for everyone This is all thanks to Heather Solomon the Director of Life Enrichment, who works tirelessly to ensure the calendar is filled with fun and interesting activities. She encourages residents to initiate activities that interest them and makes sure everyone has the opportunity to participate Her boundless energy and imagination makes All Seasons a wonderful place to live

After being here for 3 years, I continue to congratulate myself for choosing All Seasons Birmingham for: 1. The variety of activities offered as well as trips. 2. How the Life Enrichment staff incorporates suggestions from residents into the program. 3. How friendly, patient, and helpful staff are to residents. 4. How special it is to be served food at mealtime. 5. How attractive building is to lift our spirits. Nancy

The 5 star I’ve given is in regard to Heather Solomon, Director of Life Enrichment. The in-house entertainment Heather provides is exceptional. There are many occasions in which I am listening to a performance and think, “how much would I have had to pay to hear this performance outside of ASBH?” In addition to hearing performances, Heather wants to hear from residents regarding how much they did or did not enjoy the performance. She has respect for residents opinions and takes them seriously. She truly wants to provide what residents enjoy. Outings occur frequently and cover a variety of interests. If a resident were still living in their home, they would never experience the variety of outings Heather provides at ASBH. Research has shown that the more involved and active seniors are, the healthier, happier and productive they remain. Heather Solomon is highly qualified in this respect. She has a Masters in Social Work (MSW) and her knowledge and skills are demonstrated on a daily basis. I have never observed a time in which Heather has not had time to listen and assist any resident —— no matter how minor their need may be. Her availability and true concern for each and every resident is done with respect. ASBH is a beautiful senior living and touring the building does attract seniors, however, once a senior becomes a resident, it is not the building that makes them happy and wanting to continue living here. Many residents are repeatedly heard saying; “if it were not for Heather, I’m not sure I would still choose to live here.” Heather is the glue that makes senior living, which can be difficult and challenging, a much happier and enjoyable stage of life.

we have lived her a year and a half and have found it comfortable,safe, friendly and enjoyable. There is always some wonderful activity to take part in if you wish. Heather Solomon is absolutely an exceptional activity director.
