From the moment we interviewed the people at ASB(All Seasons Birmingham) we were taken with the gentleness that is given by all for every resident there. I/we expected the royal treatment when we were still in the looking phases of a place for our parents/grandparents but, here we are on year later and the level of caring has NOT diminished. This past May was their 60th anniversary where we even had out of state family & friends come in to celebrate and again they too were treated with the same TLC as everyone else. Special thank you to the following people LJ helping keep us on top of social events and more, very important for them to stay active. Art your care and kindness is above and beyond just driving one place to another…you CARE! STEFFANI VISSER what can anyone say except BRAVO. From the dinning room to the party room and back. When we had on small issue once in one year the executive director Joe Del Serronre stepped in and not only made sure that my parents were cared for but also took care of the tab. There are many many more people starting with the valet people Jimmy, Jackson & Justin where 1st impressions begin show nothing short of professionalism all the way and back again. I also do not want to leave out the nurses. Peggy is always available to answer questions and LeeAnn was always willing to help. I could go on and on but I think you get the point and if you have doubts….come see for yourself, My mom says “It is the greatest thing we could have done for them” We wish them a long stay and hope that the staff will stay as well. THANK YOU.

It’s been 2 years this October that I’ve been a happy camper at All Seasons. Arthur, the main driver, is so very accommodating; the valets are funny and helpful – Jimmy, Jackson and Justin. Steffani and her team in dining – Tammy, Dale, Teilor, Griffin, and Tayqila are hard working and Chef Matt’s food is out of this world. Margo and Lisa are a great team in Leasing and are always there for us. Alicia and Lula help keep my apartment perfect, and Chris and Dave in maintenance are so fast to respond and helpful – even on weekends! Joe and Luli are approachable leadership and LJ plans the best activities. Everyone here is sincere and kind. Lastly, the concierges Cindy, Danyelle, and Dawn are a constant and kind presence. Thanks everyone, you are appreciated!!

I attended a private event and cannot say enough wonderful compliments about the experience. My visit started with a very prompt and polite valet that carried my packages inside. The building was meticulously clean, the food was delicious, the dining room manager really hit a home run with the private party. My visit ended with the Executive Director personally retrieving my jacket from the coat room. Joe is a great leader and he inspires the team to follow his pursuit of excellence.

The staff is absolutely amazing. The leasing team, Lisa and Margo are so kind and caring! They have made this time of transition loving, compassionate and also fun for my mom and our family. They go up and beyond. It’s like having sisters there who really care about my mom and check on her and report back to me on how she’s doing! They are always available for me and have addressed all our concerns that arise. On top of that, they do it with such kindness and grace. They truly are two wonderful women and I couldn’t ask for a better team to welcome my mom to the All Seasons of Birmingham! The All Seasons is a beautiful place that is warm and caring. They think of everything down to little details. I wouldn’t want my mother anywhere else! My hats off to All Seasons and to their staff! Thank you !!!
